Hi Sheila,

First, FISH has a margin of error....it is not an exact correct number,

there can be false positives. So you don't know exactly how big the chance

is, except that it has increased. To me it seems to clearly indicate that

the every other day dose of 400mg is not enough and that you have regressed

on this dose.....but it does not indicate relapse (to my thinking). Mayo

needs to experiment with you a little.....maybe you could take 300mg/day

and use a white cell booster shot to keep the white count and ANC

up.....many people need to do that. If they seem to be scratching their

head about what to do, ask them to consult with Dr. Druker.........but I

don't think he would be in favor of an every other day dose.
