I met a man at the gym who told me that he lost 100 pounds over the course of 32 months, so you made tremendous strides! Do you have a trainer to help you or did you do your own routine? Also, did you do any special type of diet or just what you thought would be good for you? Honestly, I do not eat a lot of fat. I do not eat a lot of sugar either. Salt is my downfall.
