Guest guest
My brother, age 41, has just been diagnosed with CLL. I am looking for any advice about where to go from here. I understand that at stage 0, there is usually no treatment. However, how does this disease differ when the individual is so young? Is the treatment more aggressive or is it a wait and see approach? Are there any proactive steps we should be taking? Doctors that specialize in young onset CLL? Special Diets? Research studies to become involved in? Also, we await the FISH test results. How accurate is the FISH test? Please respond with any information that may be valuable. Thanks
