I'll give them a shout and see what they say about the patch. K.

Kurt - maybe the folks in the Alternative group have some opinions - Are you

on that?

Kurt – The capsules I take (315 mg) don’t list EGCG, nor do they compare

the capsule dosage to a cup of green tea.

I had a cat scan done earlier than we had anticipated because nodes were

surfacing all over the place and it appeared as though my lymphocytes

were going to double within less than a 6 month period. About 1 ½ weeks

prior to scan, I started taking green tea capsules and drinking a cup

instead of other liquids. The cat scan confirmed an enormous growth in

amount and size of lymph nodes, but , amazingly, the blood count done on

the same day as the scan, came back .5 lower. I guess this sounds

silly, but it gave me hope.

My oncologist said I warranted starting chemo, but I could make the

decision. I said no – I want to wait three months and see what happens.

I have felt no increase in size or number of nodes since I started the

tea. This is a real change from what was happening over the past , I

would say, almost a year. I’m sure hoping for the best.

I REALLY BELIEVE the green tea is helping me.

If you learn anything from the other groups, please let me know.

Bonnie
