We have a couple of members who want to post advertisements to the list with offerings specific to DS.

How do you all feel about this?

Do you like seeing them?

Hate them and it really annoys you?

Don't really care either way and just hit delete if not interested?

Maybe we should take a poll on them?

What do you all think?

I vote for taking a poll, I have my personal opinions, but I think a poll would give you plenty of feedback to decide what to do for the sake of the list.

I could feel any of those three ways depending on the specific post. I would lean toward allowing them with the stipulation that abuse of the privilege could result in it's removal. ;-)

Is there someway they could be filtered by the moderators before they

are posted? It could really be useful info but I wouldn't want to see

the list become spam central.
