I'm checking into this, but the group has become unmoderated and so

the SPAM is appearing. I've deleted the message but, of course, it

will show up in whatever form members receive the posts (email,

digests).

After what I recently went through with my computer and virueses, worms, etc, I

will not open ANYTHING that I don't recognize! What worries me is that, while

wiping-out and re-loading all the programs into my computer, I learned from

Gateway and MicroSoft that the viruses can be hidden deep into a thread and

even if you don't open it, the virus gets in. We all need to be very careful!

I don't know when it did. In fact, I'm seeing conflicting

evidence. There's a page that us moderators can view that tells us

the current options. " Moderation " was set to " none " . On the other

hand, at the same time, I was still approving posts. Oh well, I

just made an executive decision to turn moderation back on for new

members (just like I thought the setting was). Lets see if any more

issues show up.

I believe that pops in when she is able. She might be

still having computer problems. I'm in the dark on that one also.
