Guest guest
Yes, I agree, Jeri. I'm sure will be pleased to see that someone is teaching a doctor her acronym " HARMS " . Guest guest
Jeri, I don't know of this doctor, but I like him already! At one time, someone compiled a list of questions for " Flatbackers " to ask when going for first, second, even third opinions. It was a excellent, concise list... started by one and added on to by many! Can anyone steer Jeri towards that list? Is it possibly on another website that I can't seem to remember? I'm so glad you've joined our little (?! and growing!!) group, Jeri. You will find a lot of great info here. All the best, Beth
Guest guest
I believe the list you're talking about is found in the Feisty file section " Seeing a Surgeon " word document. Guest guest
> I shared such a list probably around Sept but I am hideously inept at going thru the files. I also (I think) described the contents of the cover letter I sent to each doc about a week before the appt. I took with me list of Q's, extra copies of cover letter summarizing medical hx and meds, long films (a/p and lateral) and a person to help take notes and ask Q's - hubby or friend. > From: bunce1117@... > Date: 2004/02/23 Mon PM 08:38:16 EST > > Subject: Re: Re: Message from surgeon > > Love
