Real Food Fair

Hello Everyone,

If you live or are visiting anywhere in the Chicagoland area, please

join us for a " Real " Food Fair this Monday in DesPlaines. The fair will

offer a chance to connect with others looking for ways to " real " -ize

their diet and " local " -ize their food. We will have farmers and food

and fellowship to share and enjoy. There may be a movie or two or a demo

or two, and maybe even a prize or two. We sure could use your support.

The purpose of our program is to help foster a community of folks in

DesPlaines looking for better ways to eat and enjoy good, nutrient-dense

food from local, reliable sources. Many attendees may be very new to

this concept, so coming out to share your experience will be very

helpful for us. Even if you can't join us, please share this

announcement with others who would like to.

The program is at the Edgar Cayce Holistic Center in DesPlaines at 259

E. Central from 10:00am until 3:00pm. Admission is a dish to share with

the group or $10.
