A new poll has been created for the samters group: Part 1-Have you used nasal corticosteroids with benzalkonium chloride(exclude budesonide -rhinacort aqua)for rhinitis for weeks/months before your first polyps appeared and first ever symptoms of sinusitis got worse? Part 2- Do you find that nasal corticosteroids in general prevent or delay the growth of nasal polyps after a prolonged period of use ?
