Guest guest
Hi Becky, Will be sending you the information I have on salicylates in general and the Failsafe diet shortly. 500-1000mg. daily should be fine. The possiblity of a lifetime of this is rather daunting but remember that there is always the hope of finding something that really helps us. I am always on the lookout for something. I was looking for something to help with blood clots when I ran across the studies done on the serrapeptase. Wouldn't it be wonderful if it could dissolve the polyps. I ordered a bottle and am going to give it a whirl. Since it is manufactured/cultured in a lab setting, shouldn't have any salicylates. Might have a few amines from the fermentation but I believe that I read that it is highly purified, so that shouldn't be a problem either. That is wonderful the Singulair works for you. You know any medication can cause major health problems. Just taking one anithistamine, aspirin, cortisone, etc...pills can damage you liver. We take a rise everytime we use things. Even natural things like herbs, vitamins, minerals, can do the same thing. I guess it is a choice of your posion. You're welcome on the info. It is the many things I have run across over the years of dealing with this. Oh, Gotta have that wine!! *G* NM
Guest guest
Hi , thanks for your email, I'm back on the vit c! Loved your reference to wine! It was my husbands 40th birthday party the other day and I had rather a lot of sparkling wine. Funnily enough I didn't feel too good the next day, and am temporarily off wine. I have found though that I'm fine with gin, brandy, beer, baileys.......Will just have to stick with those until I can tolerate wine again!
