You need to ask him questions about his homeopathic training if you are going to allow him to treat you homeopathically. Where he trained in homeopathy - should be a specific school out of England or a 3 year study program in the US 2. How long - should be at least 2 or 3 years 3. Who he mentored with - should be someone for a year at least 4. How he uses remedies (one or several at a time) - correct answer - 1 at a time (never in combination) 5. Does he mix homeopathy with other things (answer should be NO) 6. What books on homeopathy has he read (answer should include the ORGANON) Giving you remedies to take and PRACTICING homeopathy are 2 VERY different things. I would NEVER allow someone to treat me with homeopathic remedies unless they were an expert in homeopathy If you want, I will look him up on my homeopath's list and see if he is recognized - I just need the correct spelling of his name and what city he is in. I have studied homeopathy informally since 1983 and formally for 1 year from 1997-1998 and hope to resume formal study next year. I teach introductory courses in my community as well as on the tours that I conduct and also have a homestudy course for nurses that I offer. It is something I'm very passionate about and even with this much study, I don't feel like I can treat patients until I have at least 2 more years formal study and a mentorship. It is NOT something easy to learn and that is why I am so adamant that people not just take people's word that they practice homeopathy. It is serious business.
