Hi Tracey2, Being so sensitive to T3 often points to adrenals not being able to cope. you say that increasing adrenal support makes you react badly too? Pity, as increasing that would be my first suggestion. Have you thought of splitting that tiny dose of 12.5 mcg into halves ( I know a quarter of a pill may sound silly but they break quite easily and accurately if you bite them) then that would hopefully even things out for you. You started on too much Tom, stay off it for 24 hours and then

restart it but only using 12 1/2 mcgs. After a week to ten days, add the other

half, but take half in the morning when you wake and the other half in the

middle of the afternoon. T3 peaks in the blood a couple of hours after you have

taken it. Don't increase3 that dose for 3 to 4 weeks. It might also work

better if you increase your adrenal support when you increase your T3 dosage.

Take another tablet of NAE at breakfast now, and when you increase your T3 dose

again, increase by another NAE with your lunch.
