Guest guest
B12 deficiency can be a cause in lack of ovulating. Not too high??? That's odd. I'd like to know what that number is. Mine is super high. But we don't worry about it since I do shots. I take 10,000 iU Vit D (Bio-D-Mulsion Forte from Biotics Research) every day from Labor Day to Memorial Day. My Vit D was 89 this year. Yeah! Do you have gall bladder issues? If you do then you need an emulsified Vit D. Steph B-12 too High! Guest guest
Re: high B12...depends a lot on how it is measured. Conventional docs will only measure serum and if serum is high it does not mean you are high B12 necessarily. In fact it can sometimes mean you are terribly low B12 and not absorbing it due to methylation defects that have not been well supported yet. Some practioners measure measure methylmalonic acid (MMA) in the urine as a better measure of B12 deficiency. It’s a complicated subject but high serum does not necessarily equate with high B12...couild indicate other problems though. Guest guest
In response to the question: " How do you know if you have gall bladder problems? " when it was recommended that you take an emulsified Vitamin D. You know you have gall bladder issues when you have a dull ache in your upper right quadrant and you press on your last rib on the right side and feel pain. Also pain in your right scapula is often associated with gall bladder as well as right occipital headaches. On a more delicate subject if your feces float in the toilet bowl you have problems with your gall bladder as it means you are not assimilating fat which is why you need an emulsified Vitamin D. Beta TCP by Biotics Research helps a lot with gall bladder complaints because it helps you deal with fats in your diet. Guest guest
I just did a gall bladder cleanse and it helped my gall bladder issues. I had the pain as well as the floating stools. I think the amount of detoxing I have done with iodine and other things had just pushed my liver / gall bladder to its max. Guest guest
No I did what my doc gave me. Take 4 - 6 oz organic Apple Juice morning and night for 1 week. After one week and after dinner ingest 4-6 oz organic olive oil and 4-6 oz organic lemon juice. Lay on right side for 30 mins then retire to bed. In the morning drink 4-6 oz water of juice with 3 TBS Epsom Salts. Prepare to be home for the day..... Guest guest
Yes you don't need to change anything during the week but on the day of the cleanse you don't eat unless the diahhrea continues too long then you do bananas and rice. It was only painful in the gut due to the Mg. I drank the mixture and then laid down on the couch and fell asleep for 1 1/2 hours and then when I woke up it was painful but when I got rid of it I was better. I did pass stone - saw about 10 but I didn't look through it (if you get what I mean) to see how many more. Guest guest
This article does a good job of describing how the gall bladder can become compromised. I like it because it explains the role fat has in the diet unlike other articles that say how fat worsens things. One could get the impression that fat is then bad for the body. http://www.westonaprice.org/Copper-Zinc-Imbalance-Unrecognized-Consequence-of-Pl\ ant-Based-Diets-and-a-Contributor-to-Chronic-Fatigue.html Joan > > > > > How high was it?
