Where do you purchase Redmonds Real Salt?

I am currently taking the Himalayan salt. Is that a good one to be taking?

Re: dizzy spells

/ Ariel

Regarding these dizzy spells...are you taking

unrefined, whole salt such as Redmonds Real Salt?

If not you may try using that. A 1/2 tsp. in oj or a half cup

good pure cold water. This dizziness you are experiencing could be

from weakened adrenals, and low blood pressure. Unless you have kidney issues,

this whole salt should help both of those conditions. Just make sure you are

drinking enough good, pure water. Too much sodium, even when it is taken in

whole salt (that has all the natural minerals and elements) will make the body

hold on to fluid.

Thank you ! I did already start on

iodine a week ago. Would I actually need to stop taking the iodine once I’ve

started it already or just be certain I am supplementing with the correct type/amount

of salt?

I haven’t actually read/researched

why the salt is important in regards to iodine. Could someone summarize?

I love to have as much information as possible.

Would the Redmonds work better than the

Celtic Sea Salt or are they basically the same? I was just looking at purchasing

some.

Re: dizzy spells

Not all salt is created equal. It has to be sun dried to protect

the minerals/elements. Etc.

Redmonds can be bought at many health food stores. OR Redmonds Real Salt has a

website.

It is the only salt we've used now for years.

I see this discussion up above regarding adrenals and low Bp.

I would start with this salt supplementation FIRST.

Hi Lori,

Celtic sea salt is my first choice. I use Redmonds sometimes in cooking, but I like Celtic best. Are you also taking the companion nutrients which are also so important when taking iodine (magnesium, vitamin C, selenium as well as Celtic salt). You will learn much if you go to FILES, the new member doc. read all you can on our site. Best, Kathleen

lot more energy!

Is the Himalayan salt safe to be using? I

will check into purchasing the Celtic sea salt. I just haven’t been able

to find it at any local health food/grocery stores.
