Guest guest
As far as taking 1mg vs 50mg, it doesn't matter. If you are allergic to iodine, all it takes is a little to harm you. Some people with peanut allergies can't even touch them with their fingers. If I put anything with cayenne in my mouth, I go into shock. It doesn't make a difference if I spit it out or not. Makes life very difficult eating out. If she can eat seafood without an issue, then she probably is not allergic to iodine. Now, can she handle the detox side of taking more is another question. I have lots of issues and can't do heavy detox programs. I once tried one and had horrible headaches, upset stomach, etc. I even had this liquid oozing out of the base of my skull. I was lectured by acupuncturist for not talking to him as he could have told me that my system could not handle it. He said the oozing liquid was my body's way of ridding myself of the toxins because my kidney's couldn't do it fast enough. www.icak.com can locate a kinesologist that can help decide dosing issues. Mine has never been wrong. He put me on 100mg and I didn't have any bad effects. May the Fairies and Elves grace you with their love.Nadine
