Guest guest
Best choice is to eliminate soy from the O diet. ABO Specifics Inc. - http://www.foodforyourblood.com soymilk compliance Have you who follow the diet very closely noticed that there is only a few soymilks that comply with the diet? Most of them have carageenan or other gums which is an avoid for us. Fortunately, Soy Dream Vanilla and Plain don't contain any carageenan. It's my soymilk of choice and should be yours too. Research shows that soy tends to skew the immune system to TH-2 side. So if you have a Th-2 skewed syndrome at all, (as I do with cushings' syndrome) it should be avoided. If you have a TH-1 skewed syndrome (MS and some chronic liver diseases) it might even help :-) Also an avoid for nonsecretors I believe. Guest guest
This reminds me of a question, if I ever get around to making my own rice milk (and soy milk for my As) what is the best way to add calcium to it? I'd love to have a 'milk' that's just soy or rice, water, and calcium, and maybe a little molasses to sweeten it and add a little iron at the same time.
