Two orders not been delivered

I

heard today from somebody who ordered their Armour from IP and five weeks

later, she got the notice from the Royal Mail that her order was with them

waiting collection and that she should pay almost £18 for VAT and handling

charges. Afshin told her not to collect it and in 20 days, it would be returned

to him and meanwhile, he would fulfil her order again. This he did, and guess

what, she has just written to me again to say she has received another

notification to say she has to pay £36 to collect both of the packages. This is

getting ridiculous and very frightening. I have sent her one of my bottles of

unopened armour and told her to send it back to me when hers arrives, but at

this rate, it is never going to, and she cannot afford these charges on top of

her order.

Do

we have any financial wizards who can find out the best way our orders from IP

can be sent to us. Do we have to pay VAT on prescription medicines?
