Guest guest
My chiropractor told me that you can take too much, but that under 300mgs was perfectly safe. He does kinesology otherwise known as muscle testing. He put me on 100mgs a day to begin and told me to come back in two months. I am extremely deficient. I didn't realize the sea salt I was eating was not iodized and don't like fish or seaweed. I was starting to signs of heart failure and had several nodules on my thyroid. In just a month I have seen a vast improvement. The warning signs of too much iodine he told me of were a metallic taste in my mouth, bad sinus headaches and rapid pulse and signs of hyperthyroidism. May the Fairies and Elves grace you with their love.Nadine
