Guest guest
Trish, Iodine in its elemental form is essential for determining whether or not you have a fungal issue, at least near the skin (such as breast cancer). If you take sufficient iodine (Iodoral or Lugol's solution, at least 15 mg/day) you will observe itching where fungus resides. By taking a diet high in alkaline foods, you can kill the fungus, even with a high sugar intake. Even though yeast loves fungus, it will be killed nevertheless if the pH is sufficiently high. Dried figs, although high in sugar, are very alkaline. A pH in the body (measured in the urine) of greater than 8.1 is guaranteed to kill all fungi, irregardless of the amount of sugar present. Anything containing sulfur will also contribute to the demise of the fungus, such as cabbage. Baking soda is excellent for killing fungus as it has a pH = 8.1. The only side effects that I am aware of is possible diarrhea if taken in excess, slight headaches, and creating a potassium-sodium imbalance. The latter is easily rectified by taking high potassium foods such as bananas and dates. To help eliminate the potential problem with diarrhea, you can compensate by taking arginine and taurine. I have read of a cancer victim who CURED his bone cancer with sufficient amounts of bicarbonates (sodium bicarbonate). The side effect of too much alkalinity is headaches, so you would not want to sustain high alkaline levels indefinitely. The ideal pH is that of the blood, namely 7.35 - 7.5, or thereabouts. People who are too acidic experience osteoporosis because the blood demands it be in a certain range, or the person dies. If the blood needs to take calcium from the bones to maintain pH, it will, causing osteoporosis. Without the iodine, I would never even know that I had fungal issues. It can't be beat as a diagnostic tool for locating fungus. from Israel > > > > Hi Persimmon, I have noticed that almost all folks' problems can be traced to fungi. That being said, the thing to do is to take antifungals of all kinds. Some antifungals that come to mind are oregano oil, graviola, oleander (yes, it is poisonous in large quantities, but in low quantities, it wipes out fungus), baking soda, goldenseal, black walnut hulls, black cohosh, chamomile, gotu kola (no, it does not contain caffeine), pau d'arco, tumeric root, and to a lesser degree, cinamin, cloves, and nutmeg. Most importantly, keep your system alkaline by taking dried figs, lettuce, raisins, carrots, and cucumbers. Check your urine alkalinity in the morning before you wake up - if it is over pH =6.8, you're in good shape. If the pH is over 7.4, all fungal growth is stopped. If the pH is over 8.1, you can actually kill off fungus. Raise your pH significantly by taking 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda three times per day. It is probably the most pervasive and adaptable parasitic enemy you could ever meet. It is no doubt the primary cause of death by old age. > > > > The best indicator if fungus is present is to take large doses of elemental iodine, found in either Iodoral or Lugol's solution. Niacin in large quantities can also induce itching, if fungus is present (at least in the skin). The best remedy to eliminate the itch is to use Cansema (www.altcancer.com, accept no substitutes) mixed with colloidal silver (10 ppm). It literally pulls the fungus out through the pores. > > > > from Israel >
