Guest guest
I've been doing LR4T for over two months already. My body seems to flourish on this lifestyle, my mind cries out for something " poisonous " . As I respect my mental health as well, could I have some forbidden treats , say, every other 2 days? To be frank, this way of life and eating doesn't correspond with me, cause I adore dairy and abhor meat. I am at a loss. Should I neglect my inner desires or choose any other type of diet (like PH Miracle that restores acid-base equilibrium and includes dairy, fruits, fish)? Would appreciate Your insight, Alyona
Guest guest
If you don't have major health problems or weight problems an occasional avoid is not going to wipe out all the good of the diet. Wheat is probably the worst avoid, so since you don't mention that as something you adore try to stay away from that. There are plenty of neutral cheeses. You might just have a little more than the recommended amount. I always consider yogurt as a less offensive avoid because you're at least getting probiotics and a good source of calcium. You may even find that you notice the negative effects of the avoids after eating such a clean diet. That could end up giving you more motivation to stick with it. On the other hand if there are avoids that you know you can't stop at one serving, you should probably stay away from those. Good luck, Cheryl > I've been doing LR4T for over two months already. Guest guest
Experiment and find highly beneficial foods that you enjoy. After a while, you will get used to not eating avoids. And the more compliant you are, the easier it will be. Original Message: ----------------- From: alyonachernikova enchanty@... Guest guest
It's all about habits and patterns. Everything resists change so why should your body be any different? If you give your body enough time, it will establish new patterns and habits and " want " beneficials instead of poisonous avoids.
