Guest guest
Kate in case you didn't know, there are blood type specific formulas for different ailments including sinus congestion. It is called STONE ROOT COMPOUND and you can order it from my website. ABO Specifics Inc. - http://www.foodforyourblood.com yerba santa Has anyone ever used yerba santa to help relieve congestion? If so, what was your experience as to its effectiveness? I have been congested for the past week or so, allergies I thought. However, in the last 24 hours it has begun to feel more like a cold. Guest guest
Thanks , but it is not my sinuses that I am concerned with. I need to keep my lungs decongested or my asthma kicks in. Yerba santa looked like it might help. I am also looking at stinging nettle and yerba mate tea, the last two are allergy protocols according to Dr. D. > > From: " THOMAS DEKANY " <tdekany@...> > Date: 2004/10/17 Sun AM 04:17:48 GMT > < > > Subject: RE: yerba santa > >

Thankfully I do not get asthma any more but I remember what it was like! What works against congestion for me is: Aconite 200C at the first sign of trouble, repeated as needed. (It nips infection in the bid.) AND Herbally, a mix of three tinctures: 2 parts Astragalus, 1 part Propolis, 1 part Cat's claw. Every 4 hours. If you need help to expectorate mucus - separately, Mullein tincture. (It tastes awful weird, fizzes in your mouth, but works.) AND To avert asthma, by supporting the adrenals so they do not get stressed: Pantothenic acid 1500 mg a day in divided doses; Vit C 1000 or more mg each 4 hours. Vit B6 25mg each 4 hours. (And take a general B-vitamin as well to ensure balance.) << Yerba santa looked like it might help. Supposed to be very good for you. Doesn't work for me, probably raises cortisol which I do not need. If it works for you, do tell, I'll swap you for green tea :-)) Namaste, Irene -- Irene de Villiers, B.Sc; AASCA; MCSSA; D.I.Hom.
