It's different for everyone. Depends on how sick and insulin resistant you are. It does happen though. Takes longer than you think because you're sicker than you think. I felt some changes that didn't occur for a year or more. I am amazed at how " tuned " I've gotten with my body.
Guest guest
I'm not sure what you mean by ER4YT site. If you go to www.dadamo.com and look for Typebase 4 you will find updated values including those for secretors, non-secretors as well as any superbeneficials from the Diabetes and Cancer Health Library books. It's the best source since it's straight from Dr. D'Adamo. > > On the ER4YT site it mentions a healing period where the body adjust > and the glands and hormones start to reset and normalise their > functions etc. - any ideas or rough averages on how long this takes > if you stop all the avoid foods straight away ? > > Also, I've got the 'food & beverages list' book for o's but it > doesn't specify in the lists anything for secreters/non secreters to > eat or avoid - and I can't find anything about it on the er4yt site? > > thanks > > )
