On the ER4YT site it mentions a healing period where the body adjust

and the glands and hormones start to reset and normalise their

functions etc. - any ideas or rough averages on how long this takes

if you stop all the avoid foods straight away ?

It's different for everyone. Depends on how sick and insulin resistant you

are. It does happen though. Takes longer than you think because you're sicker

than you think. I felt some changes that didn't occur for a year or more. I

am amazed at how " tuned " I've gotten with my body.

I'm not sure what you mean by ER4YT site. If you go to

www.dadamo.com and look for Typebase 4 you will find updated values

including those for secretors, non-secretors as well as any

superbeneficials from the Diabetes and Cancer Health Library books.

It's the best source since it's straight from Dr. D'Adamo.
