Guest guest Posted November 12, 2004 Report Posted November 12, 2004 I just found out that I may have to have a biopsy for breast cancer and I need to know ASAP what role LDN plays in surgical procedures. I recall reading something about that here, but can't find the info just now. I am taking 3mgs for the last 6 weeks and I was wondering if I had to stop taking it before a procedure like this. AND what can happen if I didn't stop in time? This all came about rather suddenly and aside from being scared to death about the possiblity of cancer, I am now scared about the LDN and its effects on any surgical procedure including biopsies. Nothing is definite and the Doctor said it is a very good chance it isn't cancer, which is great!!.... But still my head is still spinning here as my mother had it twice!! Did I make any sense? I am not thinking straight over the last day or so, so I apologize for any confusion. Any answers will be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance! Joan Quote
