I either do a big pressure cooker of a hearty chicken stew and then divide it

into portions in tubs in the fridge and then when I heat it up I either add some

extra water with bouillon powder and have a soup or have it over salad like a

sauce.

Or, make up a bolognese sauce using lots of beef mince, roots veggies cut into

cubes, onions, tom puree, bouillon and do the same as above. I just start off

sealing the meat and onions and add the rest bit by bit and cook for about 20

mins. in a big frying pan with a lid on.

Very simple and convenient and quick.

The problem with many things

is the pre-conceived ideas we have about them!
