Guest guest
My hunch is you are toxic and that is causing fatigue. Do you drink have your body weight in oz of water per day? You may want to add some form of kidney and liver support. Steph Trying to build up my amounts of Lugols but ....it has made me feel more and more run down even with the proper supplements. Guest guest
One ounce of water per pound of body weight. Could equal 120 ounces if you weighed 120 pounds. On Apr 25, 2009, at 3:24 PM, "stfluffybrain" <stfluffybrain@...> wrote: I have to drink my body weight in oz of water per day (how u calculate that? from fl oz to oz body weight?)?? Guest guest
Usually the recipe is HALF our body weight in ounces, not an ounce for every pound. So if you weighed 100 lbs you would drink 50 ounces daily. Guest guest
You take your weight. For ease lets say you are 120 lbs. That's 60 oz of water / day. 1 stone = 14 lbs so you are about 308 lbs which means you need to drink 150 oz of water. Sorry I forgot if you mentioned - have you had your thyroid levels checked and are you on thyroid meds? What's your diet like. It seems you are carrying a lot of extra weight. Guest guest
Hiya thanks for that, it is an awful lot of water though I shall try. Yes I am on thyroid meds I have hashis, I have spent over a year trying to build up thte the right levels of armour but I had problems with adrenals and i am now on hc. I have put on nearly 7 stone over the year and prior to that I was putting on weight due to bad health and inability to walk through severe breathing problems. I have also been going into the menopause for about 4 years. So yes I am carrying a horrendous amount of weight I have never been this heavy in my life despite having hashis and yo yo weights for over 35 years. I am feeling a little better now so I can begin moving gradually but it has been a long road down and will be a long road back to fitness and body beautiful. I am sure the water will help. lotsa luv Dawnx
Guest guest
I didn't. I pushed the envelope but that is me. The iodine helps the adrenals heal but it is a balancing act because you don't want to live feeling unwell all the time.
