Guest guest
Now I'm wondering if addictive overeating has some basis in really having a deficiency, i.e., Iodine, for starters. Only going on my experience, I think there is a correlation. Anyone else? Vj
Guest guest
Yeah, I think so too. I lost 7 pounds during the three weeks that I changed from the Standard American Diet to a msg-free diet, where everything is fresh and homemade. I still used sugar and flour and everything else, but lost weight. I had horrible detox from the msg leaving my body, about as bad as the first week of detox from bromide when I started the Iodoral!(It's been quite a winter!and spring!) I don't have the food cravings that I used to have, though. (except maybe for chocolate!) I think some of the food cravings must be our bodies saying " well that was nice that you sent something down here for me (SAD), but where is the food???Could we have some nutrients, please? Guest guest
yes I totally believe overeating is related to deficiencies, as well as anorexia and other eating disorders. I stopped being anorexic the day I started taking cod liver oil!, although I was still hypothyroid/iodine deficient.
