Guest guest
In general good advice. Go to www.VitaminCFountaion.org and start reading. Folks need to learn about takin vitamin c to bowel tolerance. This really works. This thread I prepared will give you the info you need to survive any flu using Vitamin C. http://www.natmedtalk.com/general-discussion/3794-how-use-vitamin-c-disease.html Also. take 10 drops of Lugol's iodine before leaving the house each day. 50,000 iu of vitamin D3 three times a day for 3 days for acute illness in an adult. Guest guest
Good info --- do you have anything that discusses the source of an all natural Vitamin C. Most C is made by converting corn by products because the molecular structure is so similar. thanks. Guest guest
Hello Everyone. I am a noob to this group. Just thought I would give my 2 cents on this. I agree with your advice! Glad to hear there are other people besides myself telling people to stop panicking. I really think it is obsured that the WHO declared level5.. when the only death in the US was from a baby who had a pre-existing health condition, and the rest of the deaths were out of Mexico city where the conditions are so poor that if a bad strain of just human flu hits them they will see the same results. I also agree that the a spontaneous mutation to include avian, swine, and human would be rare. You would probably have a better chance of playing the lottery every week of every year and hitting the jackpot, then have a virus randomly mutate like this. I really hope everyone stays clear of Tamaflu. This stuff has some nasty side effects, but I also read that if Tamaflu does not kill the virus on the first pass.. it actually makes the virus build a exteme resistance against antivirals, on top of that it really was not designed to treat a " designer virus " such as this one. I also agree.. Vitamin C, D, are a must. Iodine is another good addition in a natural immuno defense against viruses. Another great thing I would recommend is Oil of Oregano. > > > > Swine Flu Advice > > > My mother called me tonight (4.29.09) to ask if she should start taking Tamaflu for the swine flu. Guest guest
Get some veggie capsules at your health food store or online. Make them up one at a time as the oil will eat through the capsules if they are made in advance. Make sure to take the capsule in the middle of a meal. Guest guest
You can mix a drop or two into juice, milk, honey, or olive oil. Taken straight will burn your mouth a bit, usually requiring a bit of drink. I heard of people even mixing a few drops into their salad dressings. > > How do you take the oil of oregano? Guest guest
Yes, oregano oil is strong. I would start with ONE drop ONLY of oil in another type of oil like olive oil or coconut oil and take it down gradually. phine > > > > How do you take the oil of oregano?
