That is a excellent article by Simone Gabbay and we should refer back to it

often. I would also like to suggest a book relating to nutrition and cancer.

It's titled " Life Over Cancer " by I. Block, M.D. It has helped me a great

deal and when I know I have slipped back way too far with my old unhealthy

regiment I open the boor and remind myself what I need to get back to doing. J
