Today went to an hour using the Black Box with the same settings and

placement as before. All previous days were a half hour, except as

noted.

Additionally, used Jaguar's Multi-Pulser as follows:

Lower back/spine: Eight pulses either side.

Head/Neck: Eight pulses on each lymph node, ear and on either side

of the nose.

I'm a little fuzzy on using the pulser. It seems to me that the

number of pulses suggested isn't very large.

I hope this finally makes me feel lousy so I'll know any of this is

having an effect. I got a little headache one time and was very

happy about it!

Best regards,

Theron

### I think it depends on the situation. If you are pulsing to move the

lymph and weaken pathogens in the process, then a few pulses every four

inches up the body, starting at the feet, will do it. If you are trying

to eliminate the venom of a wasp sting, or make a newly started herpes

dissappear, etc. then it might take a half hour to an hour of pulses to

get the job done. It varies from situation to stituation and person to

person. ###

### On the subject of cleansing reactions, or die off symptoms I have

some strong opinions. I believe it is wise to avoid these if you can.

Negative healing symptoms are signs of an overloaded system and can make

things worse instead of better. Taking good amounts of enzymes can

relieve the body of alot of toxic burden. Doing charcoal slurrys can

remove alot of toxins also, so that the body doesn't have to process

them. Doing oils or fats can also remove alot of toxins.

I have seen some people mess themselves up badly by having a gorilla

warfare type of attitude and overloading their liver and immune system.

You can throw yourself into pneumonia or other serious issues by

overdoing it. It does not sound like you are even close to something

like that. But a lack of negative symptoms while doing blood

electrification is something to be grateful for. You may have very

strong adrenals which would keep you from feeling horrible when others

might feel like the are dying. Be glad for that.

I encourage people who are trying to get clean or regain lost health to

do it in a graceful manner that makes them feel better and better all

the time, instead of doing the heroic 'feeling like you are going to

die' before you get better route. Unless you are terminal and have

weeks to live, there just isn't any need for stressing yourself or your

body like that. There are too many good ways to cleanse that don't make

you feel like you are dying, so why go there.

Blessings

I'm doing an hour of blood electrification and two sets of five

pulses at the lower spine, both ears, both sides of the nose and

both lymph nodes under the ear.

By " a pulse " we mean each time the Multi-Pulser LED lights, right?

I actually know that's what we mean but it takes so little time I

wanted to double-check.

And how have others gone about guessing whether they can tolerate a

half hour of pulsing? And can anyone guess what a week of

continual, 24-hour pulsing do, both good and bad? Just so we can

see what effects we seek and must worry about from the pulsing.

I think in another post you said I seemed like a tough cookie for

not minding the discomfort and all that. No one is a tough cookie

when his ticker gives out! Well, he's a tough cookie with no oxgyen

distributed to his tissues!

In the back of my mind is that I have no way to see if this works at

all. That's what I mean about wanting to see a reaction. I don't

like being sick and if I got pneumonia, I'd be outta work, have more

bills to pay and maybe even not make it!

That's why I started slow and am continuing to do so. I can only

hope that after three months I get to see what others say they saw.

And I know I must add several things, which I am doing.

Best regards,

Theron

Thank you for the answers. I'm doing nowhere near ten minutes so I

will do it a little more. Now that I can see it has an effect I have

no desire to overdo it.

I think I'll build one of those humongous pulsers like Godzilla.

What I wish I knew is how to cheaply have blood drawn and stored for

before and after comparison. If this whole thing works, I will

methodically make it known.

What's an ATP increase? Isn't ATP a neurotransmitter now that I

think of it.

leaf?

Just these two for now. I keep forgetting to order the CS rods, I'm

going to do that today. Ozone would be the fourth leg of the Beck

Protocol and I'm not sure how I can get it done on the cheap. (I'll

find out.)

Thank you, I really appreciate that. And I am rooting for the rest

of you as well.
