Healing annulus tear at L4-L5

I have a small posterior annulus tear at L4-L5.

What modalities of treatment would help this heal? Would it be

acupuncture, nearinfrared , LED, aromatherapy, RIFE, TENS, stretching,

twisting, or what? Are most of these treatments unable to go deep enough

to reach the problem?

Any suggestions or web sites would be helpful.

Hi FK. From what I have read and heard from people far infra red is

wonderful for this type of thing, as is near infra red.

Colostrum would also be likely to be very helpful in tissue repair.
