Zapper and Magnetic Pulsar

I've have been using my zapper for years and have had the pulsar for

years too. Well I opened the Magnetic Pulsar box for the first time and

don't have any idea on how it should be used. Should I put it on for 20

minutes like the Zapper and of course I'm just starting out. Any help

would be deeply appreciated. Thank you in advance.
