Sorry that you have suffered so much the last few months. I hope your pain stays away for good now. I have some good news. My company's insurance has approved my long term disability. I guess that functional capacity test did the trick. I have not gotten a copy as of yet. I am anxious to see what was on that evaluation. Now I'm hoping that Social Security does same.
