Guest guest
hi dave. let me get this straight, from reading your email, you collapsed, had to go to hospital, and at the same time your wife threw you out and told you not to come back? ever? if so, how does she expect to get away with this? i hope that once you're better you get this sorted out to your satisfaction. this is not something people who are ill need to be worrying about. good luck ~ james From: BJ <friardewi@...> Subject: Checking in Date: Tuesday, March 10, 2009, 12:12 AM Hi all Sorry for being absent from the list, but it has been a month of mind bending happenings for me. This time though, as the paramedics were getting me ready to go Hazel came up and said I would not be welcome back at the house as she does not want to be looking after a sick husband for the rest of her life. So I was tossed out riding on a stretcher. This time Hazel brought up two suitcases and a shopping bag and reiterated the " Dear " message. The social worker came and met with my daughter and I and we drew up a Personal Directive that put as my official next of kin and official agent for me when I get sick and can't do things. They finally let me out of the hospital and I moved into my new apartment. It is small but fully furnished, kitchen pots and pans, sheets and stuff right down to the knives and forks. The rent includes utilities, cable, so it is a wrapped up package for $615.00 / month.
