Hi ,

Welcome back!

Hope u had a nice holiday.

Regarding the discrepancies listed below re: WALNUTS for Os; do you have

the encyclopedia? Did you notice the mistake too? Apparently, BANANAS,

which I eat a lot, were also listed as an AVOID for Os.

Giving up walnuts, I can do . . but bananas - no way!
