Hey guys... Can't we all just get along? This is a great group (or can

be!) ... everyone has something to give or something to gain from it.

Infighting's got to go ! And I hope no one leaves! Axel,, your knowledge

is an

asset ... if you could drop the lewd language that would be great ,,, maybe

you have some outside issues - I'm sorry if you do but I hope you can feel

you have friends here.. pls. be kind to he's one of god's kids too.

, please don't you leave either - you're awesome. And maybe we

should invite Kathy and back to the group since they also added so much...

Remember the old infighting w/ Tabitha and ? Tabitha (a long way

back) put so much time and effort into a blood type recipe list... and Eliz.

yes had long winded posts but once in awhile their was a golden nugget in

there. Yes, their " rules " got a bit much but maybe that could've been handled

differently.

Forgiveness is hard as heck sometimes but it works in getting past most if

not all interpersonal difficulties. Who will be the first? or do we all

lose out and be left w/ a couple of folks,,, most of whom are the question

askers... like me!

Love you guys even though I've never met any of you!

Hey Bill,

I've emailed you but don't know if you are getting my emails. I would be

interested in several of your molds, 2 of each of the 1,2, & 3#, and one of the

5#.

Please send me an email!

Thanks,

a Duso

If cholesterol can clog arteries (on its own) why doesn't it clog the smaller vessels first? cholesterol, in the context of atherosclorosis, is acutally being used by the body for repair purposes (like a bandaid). the key is to reduce the need for the repairs. C and B vitamins, proper diet, and antioxidents are the way to go. avoid refined sugars, wheat products, and anything made with powdered milk and powdered eggs. eat 25% protean, 30% animal fats, and 45% complex carbs (green vegetables and the less sugary fruits). if you do this your cholesterol will come down naturally because your body will not need as much. lowering cholesterol artifically is very counter-productive because of all the natural uses for it outside of repair material. it is very important to the body.

I think an oil based solution is best. It seems like the body does require cholesterol, it is just that it can clog arteries. What do you think? I am taking cholestin and it seems to be working. Jagjiface.nsedreams.com
