Did you have fat with your breakfast? Eating all carbs for lunch?

It should happen soon, but as Dianne pointed out, you should have

protein with each meal. How long? It depends on your current condition.

First Day of grain free life

Well today is the first day I've begun to follow ER4YT properly and

had chicken and mixed veg for breakfast. Big change to what I've

been used to but it certainly filled me up.

I've got a good mixture of fruit for lunch and am looking forward to

a nice steak for dinner tonight.

When should I start to feel more energy and see a decrease in my

stomach symptoms?

Hopefully, you used some olive oil, or other good oil/fat, in your

breakfast meal. Other then that breakfast and dinner plans sound

like a good start. However, I suggest you rethink the all fruit

lunch. You need protein at lunch too. Eat your fruit 30 minutes

before your lunch and dinner as a snack or appetizer. That way it

digests before you eat your protein and veggies.

In addition to changing your diet you may need to do a few other

things to help your digestive system heal, but maybe a few days on

the new diet will make a difference.

Best wishes in your healing process.

How high is up ? ;-)

It depends upon a lot of things.

Do you have a Naturopath or someone who practices

Traditional Chinese Medicine in your area?

You might want to get alternative medicine help also.

ER4YT is great !!! I think it is the cat's meow!

But if one is not healthy, it is very difficult to heal yourself

just with diet if you are very sick -- can be done but take

longer, unless you are very young. Pieople in teens and

early twenties can bounch back quickly. It also depends upon

what age you are now and how many years you have abused your

body.

If someone can tell you how long it will take for you to get well,

that is great.

I can only speak that when I went to no raw foods,

except for occasional solo fruit,

at the time I eliminated coffee and caffeine of any kind,

I have throbbing in my stomach and liver.

It took six months until I felt really really good and didn't

have to be so careful with what I ate. I now occasionally

have a raw salad as I used to live on them, but I don't do

that every day to my stomach as I want to stay feeling great.

Another story I will share is that I had developed an " age spot "

or a thick brown liver spot on my face. I went to dermatologist

and he said I can

All fruit for a meal would be very hard on the digestive system.

Way too much roughage.
