Hi gang, Ihave readall the posts for the past few days and the info I get and

encouragement from all you guys arefabulous! Oh, I loved the crapjoke, it was

cute!!!!!!!! I feel for all who have RA; my fms isno fun and osteo; can't

imagine what its like with the other; I watched my grandmother suffer with RA

for years; its no fun; back then all she took was advil and wasin constant

pain; oh, as far as diets and cures go have had fms for many, many years and I

truly believe there is no magic bullet out there for any of us; without my meds

I would be a basket case; I also feel that diet is important for all of us; a

healthy diet with lots of fresh fruits and veggies goes along way with anybody

but some of us have food allergies and this complicates our lives; personally i

havegiven up red meats of any kind; I tried doing the veggetarian thing but

felt too deprived and didn't notice a whole lot of pain improvement either so I

still enjoy my chicken and don't think much about diets or cures anymore; I did

years ago; now I guess after soooooo many years of fms i am at the acceptance

stage; Also I drink tons of water; if that was the cure I would be CURED TEE

HEE!!!!!!!! I find I get tired of fighting the fatigue factor with fms and as

one gets older we fight thatanyway, I am forty eight years old but some days

feel much older due to the fatigue: i am sure you all feel the same way, oh, i

LOVED the bra thing for the allergies: my neighbors would lock me up as i DON'T

have a fence; oh, it is beautiful weather here in houston, I actually weeded

some of my flower bed yesterday ( TRIED not to over do) and am hoping for some

great roses this year; God bless all of you guys and without ya i would be
