(Stroke) bath oil

Couple thoughts

Don't take too hot a bath as it removes your natural oils and use the olive oil

after your bath as a moisturizer. Before you get real dry, slather yourself

with the oil and let it soak in (wear a bath robe) for a short time before you

dress. You will get more benefit and use less oil.

Another thing I do especially in the winter. Start the morning with a TB of

Olive oil swallowed down with a glass of water with lemon in it. A great liver

tonic that will moisturize you from the inside out.

In the winter I started adding olive oil to my bath at night. I used to buy

expensive bath oils to soak in because in the winter my skin gets very dry. The

olive oil does the same thing as the expensive oils. It leaves a worse bathtub

ring, but other than that, it works.

Hi,

Your suggestion of consuming quantities of EV olive oil has gotten me

questioning the absorption of olive oil applied to the skin. Could this

approach accomplish the same objective? My body lotion's main ingredient is

pure olive oil, alone with sea vegetation and energized glycerin gel. For

reference, click the following Hotlink:

Then, click 'ACUPUNCTURE'. The item number is 'BL-12'.

Hi,

I just received a diagnosis of dry mouth during a visit to my hygienist earlier

this month. Are you saying that a simple morning tonic of olive oil and a lemon

squeeze in water will help this very difficult to treat problem plus giving my

liver a much needed boost?

Thanks for the help!

Don't know but worth a try. Dry mouth is a saliva, mucous moisture thing more

than a skin oil moisture thing.

Do you drink enough water? Any other problems or meds that can possibly

contribute to your dry mouth?
