Guest guest
Q10 is one thing I will never be without if I can help it, the cheap forms from iherb work just as well as expensive ones but do not take with the bioprene in the capsules if you have arrhythmias. Bioprene irritates mine and sets it off. To increase efficacy just take with vitamin C in juice or fruit or as supplement, it does same thing. I have been taking it for years after self diagnosing atrial fibrillation, (later confirmed by cardiologist), and taking q10 resolved the problem and has kept it steady ever since for me. I actually felt my heart muscle strengthen as well, something I cant explain but swear happened. It felt really weak and I honestly thought I was on the way out! Q10 is THE supplement of choice for me, that's certain. please also note that My advice on taking it. Start with a smaller dose. I had 30mg first, and after a few days up to 60, same again to 90 etc till you personally find your own level. For me it was 90mg a day that settled my AF and is still the amount to hold there, however once Im familiar with new supplements I am and will be trying out, I am going to up the q10 and see if I note any other benefits.
