Guest guest
Gretchen Make sure there are no bleeding problems with bromelain. The main thing I reccommend is the homeopathic Arnica. It takes care of bleeding, bruising and swelling without any risks. Start taking right before surgery, continue with multiple doses per day. As she heals you take less doses per day as needed. Vit C and bioflavnoids for healing and swelling also. I think this would give you better results than just bromelain. I wish her a speedy recovery. Does anyone have an idea about how much in advance of the actual operation it would be useful--how long it would remain in her system? I don't want to waste the stuff by giving it too early when she has no inflammation as yet. Gretchen

Guest guest
Sharon -- The research I read seems to say it is not really a blood thinner but unstickys the blood and helps it flow better. Good deal most of the time but not with surgery when you want some clotting stuff. Gretchen -- did you get some Arnica, I hope?
