Guest guest
In addition to following the diet you might look at Dr. D's Anti- Immflamation Protocol for type Os to look at his supplement recommendations to help your problem. http://www.dadamo.com/protocols/4.html Don > I feel much better, generally, since changing my diet over the last week; I wonder how long it might take for joint inflammation to heal? > > Gretchen
Guest guest
Hi Gretchen, welcome to the group. I also live in N. California. (near Sacramento) I found ER4YT 5 years ago and can't imagine eating any other way. Though I don't post often, this group is the first place I head when I get online. The discussions are informative and so supportive. ......Wanda
Guest guest
It all depends on how compliant one is. So the better you eat the sooner you will be free of inflammation. Love ABO Specifics Inc. - http://www.foodforyourblood.com intro from Gretchen I wrote a short intro when I first joined this group last week, but it took a few days for my posts to start coming through, so I don't think you all saw it.... I'm in northern California, a wife and homemaker/homeschooler with five mostly-grown children. I first tried the BTD about six years ago, but it was terribly inconvenient when for a while we had ten people to cook for. Recently I have tendonitis in my elbow that will not heal (5 months), and I started thinking there might be a dietary factor in the inflammation. I feel much better, generally, since changing my diet over the last week; I wonder how long it might take for joint inflammation to heal? Thank you all for being here; I am really enjoying the discussions. Gretchen
Guest guest
Turmeric extract caps is a very good anti=inflamatory. It could help with the inflammation quickly. Sometimes the inflammation can be slow to go away because the irritation kind of feeds itself.
