It's called dinosaur kale in my area. It is much more tender than standard kale. Judy
Guest guest
Hi, Judy! Thanks for the mention of dinosaur kale being more tender than standard kale. I was wondering if it is the same thing that I know as lacinato kale. It is. A really good color picture of it is here, so the rest of us who wonder what it is can see: http://www.seedsofchange.com/garden_center/product_details.asp?item_no=S10894 I'm off to the Food Conspiracy to see if I can find some.
