Have you tried this with Kale? LOL--I just finally got Kale cooked to where

I can eat it and it tastes great but the recipe calls for a ham bone or piece

of bacon in it with some butter.

Yep, I mostly cook kale. Can you get the variety that have kind of a

crinkled leaf? It's called dinosaur kale in my area. It is much

more tender than standard kale.

Hi, Judy!

Thanks for the mention of dinosaur kale being more tender than standard

kale. I was wondering if it is the same thing that I know as lacinato

kale. It is. A really good color picture of it is here, so the rest of us

who wonder what it is can see:
