Do research properly, and stop coming out with unsubstantiated claims....

While this is true of 'normal' influenza (and indeed many other

diseases) an extensive (1000 plus) investigation of non-ill local

working in known infected farms showed a virtually nill

symptomless-infection response (i.e. antibodies, without having become

ill).

The conclusion of this research was two-fold:-

a) The current mortality rate of aprox 50% is accurate accross those

infected (thats bad news, and there is no sign its getting any less yet).

B) There is no " Typhoid " case - everyone who get this get sick

(and many very ill) - and half of those die.

What might be more interesting would be large numbers of immune

comprimised (HIV) patient under a partial anti-viral treatment regeim

(i.e. Africia).

This is a concern that virologists are raising today.

As to why the government doesnt want people to stay home..?

- Well even if 50% die (extreeme worst case), 50% will not;

and they want their hospitals, police, food-distribution,

manufacturing, import/export, etc to keep functioning...

Simple expediancy here....

Does'nt help much if you are one of the 50%, but there you go....!
