Guest guest
Jen, Did you say you brushed with MSM? How do you do it? Do you just put some on in the powdered form, or mix it with something? How much do you use? Thanks, Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the truth, and for those who do them wrong. Guest guest
MSM is methyl-sufonyl-methane, the organic form of sulfur. It's one of the most abundant substances in our body, after carbon, water, and salt or something like that. It's in all foods I think or vegetable foods but most gets lost in processing including washing and steaming etc. Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? Guest guest
I don't think MSM is extremely bitter. I'm using 100% pure lignisul MSM and I'd say it's mildly bitter. I take it orally mixed with warm water, and it is only starting to taste bitter now that I upped my dosage to 3/4 teaspoon. In my mouth, it is somewhat bitter, however it is *much* more pleasant than brushing with pure baking soda! Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? Guest guest
> I don't think MSM is extremely bitter. I'm using 100% pure > lignisul MSM and I'd say it's mildly bitter. I had a bulk pound of the same brand, and it was so bitter to me that I could not take it. I tried mixing it in applesauce and juice with no luck. Finally, I discovered that a teaspoon of MSM dissolved in a liter of water is tasteless, and I was able to consume the jar of MSM a few teaspoons per day in water. Guest guest
A recent study found some people are more sensitive to bitter than others. They are called " super tasters " , President Bush Sr was one he was unable to eat Brussel Sprouts the bitter taste was too strong. The one labelled 100% pure lignisul MSM in my health food store was slightly more expensive than Russ's including shipping. Is Lignisul a brand name? I could have sworn I saw a generic bottle that used the word " lignisul " on it. Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion?
