Guest guest
According to my Italian cookbooks (Hazan, etc.) bright green olive oil is a sign of oil pressed from very fresh olives. Also, cloudy is good, as it means it hasn't been refined or filtered. I think Sally recommends Bariani Olive Oil from CA--organic, unrefined, etc. I haven't tried it, though. ----- Original Message ----- From: Joy Kortas Sent: Thursday, January 16, 2003 9:58 AM Subject: olive oil brand recommendation? Does anyone know a good brand of virgin olive oil made from ripe olives so it is more of a yellow color? They ones I have bought have been cloudy but green. Is it best to buy it in a can? Thanks, Joy

Guest guest
You can get Bariani olive oil from Radiant Life. It is expensive, but it is wonderful!! > According to my Italian cookbooks (Hazan, etc.) bright green olive oil is a sign of oil pressed from very fresh olives.
