Call the cure show line and get it working! xo- deanya the question: hi! I have tried everything at the immunics pages, but nothing happens. I get no results when im testing, so i dont know if i can connect or not. Guest guest Posted July 8, 2004 Report Share Posted July 8, 2004 , When I first started doing immunics, I connected the first time I tried while watching Bayard in his tutorial movie. After that, though, I couldn't connect again...I'm sure it took me almost a month before I got that " twitch " in my finger again. I read on the site somewhere to keep trying, because it would happen. The best way for me to get to the Calm, Clear Place was when I was putting my one year old to bed. I would lie there, half asleep and try to connect every night, usually falling asleep in the process. One night, however, I hadn't quite fallen asleep yet and my finger jumped. I was excited and started testing everything at that moment. It was a great moment. My sister has taken about a week or two to connect, but I gave her the same advice...to try as you're falling asleep when you're relaxed. She finally got a connection a few nights ago and she's really excited about it too. Good luck! I think sometimes new immuners have trouble connecting because they try too hard. You need to relax to connect. Several slow deep breaths help. My yoga teacher taught me breathing for relaxation: Inhale, then let the exhale happen. (no effort on the exhale). At the same time I was trying to learn to connect/ Once I understood the principle of no effort on the exhale I could connect.
