Leis,

Glad to hear from you and that BJ is doing so well. Well, and Jellybean too

I guess! how cute is that? I know that who ever this baby is when it is

born, you will love it so much. And BJ must be excited to be a big brother.

My kids are 4 years apart too. amanda is a great big sister and my son has

learned so much form her about unconditional love, acceptance, patience, and

tolerence. He is a better person because of amanda.

is doing very well in school this year. She is happy and very well

adjusted.

Take it slow and try to relax now while you still can!

I just got a virus from you in an attachment. Is there any way that the

information that you are trying to send can be sent in a regular email without

an attachment? Thanks

I meant more like have you read all of Dr. D's. I'm glad to know you have access

to such good reading material. Continued luck and we'll be glad to answer any

questions we can.

Hi

I post quite a bit on ' site and Dr.D's message board. My

husband and I started the BTD around the holidays. I have lost a pants

size so far, and my husband an A has not really lost any significate

weight, but he is trying. I have to give him credit there. We have

eliminated all the wheat out of the family's diet (3 boys) this is

going well.

I enjoy reading the boards and gathering information. I am learning

everyday more about health and diet, what I can and can not eat. Whoa

to pizza.......for me it is deadly. LOL

I own a bookstore, so listing the books I have read would be hard. I

have ordered Neanderthin, and Screaming to Be Heard, and look forward

to getting those in and reading them. I will 34 this year and felt a

great need to learn more about women's health as menopause is not too

far away. Also the Neanderthin is about a Paelolithic Diet which I

have several links on, and found very interesting.

I found food seperation works better for me than combination. Though many

rave about food combinations, I lose weight quicker when seperating my

proteins from my veggies. Needless to say it has been a very

interesting month on the BTD, and I have enjoyed the boards and emails.

Take care and have a great day.

I have all Dr.D's books......I am still working on the

ER4YT book, and have read about half of the LR4YT

book. My Encyclodpedia is on its way, and the Cookbook

is invaluable when starting this diet especially if

you are trying to master two different BTD's in one

family. I am just taking this all one step at a time.

My goals are to get healthier, and lose weight. I will

feel very successful if I make my first weight goal by

the summer. Then it is time for closet cleaning and

shopping for new clothes. :-)

Oh, I don't think I answered the bio part of your

question. I am 33 (almost 34) female,married 13 yrs,

we have 3 boys (13,11,5), my husband is active duty in

the USN, and along with our bookstore we have his and

hers Shelties. We are looking at a new location for

our business, and so I have been under a great deal of

stress, working out of an old lease, and into a new

one, plus figuring out the best way to move 60k books

in a short amount of time as not lose a lot business

while being closed due to moving. UGH......and it is

Monday again time and time to get moving. Talk to you

soon.

Hi Wayne, welcome to the list. To drop you in at the deep end, what colour

are the ambulances in your area and has there been any kind of collaboration

on standardising the colour schemes?

I think you are confusing lists. That thread is on the ECO list and is

particularly appropriate to this one.

Best Wishes

Dear supermax,

You wouldnt by any chance have amalgams or a mixture of metals in your mouth.

Ths might explain the immediate effect of the mobiles.

Hi

I do in fact have a lot of amalgam fillings ( I have been slowly

having them replaced with the white ones over the years since I

discovered that they contained murcury) - I never thought of that. Do

you have any other info on mobiles? How did you link the fillings

with mobiles? - I am very interested in this as it seems that masts

are appearing everywhere especially near primary schools and I don't

want my daughter to suffer.

P.S - it is really Max but supermax101UK was the only name

would let me sign in under!

Hi Peggy,

We have had some people join over the years just to get those emails for

advertisement reasons. They join and the leave as soon as they have the list of

addresses. If they have to stick around just to get them they're more likely to

go somewhere else and leave our members alone.

On an unrelated note. I have a question. Why can't members see the

member list? I have several groups and that info is open to members-

just not the public. As soon as someone posts, their email address

is shown anyway. I was curious.
