Guest guest Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 I am almost done with phase 2 of the protocol and I wam wondering if phase three is much like the " atkins " diet. I know that sugar and breads pastas etc are to be avoided the first three weeks. But what about fats? Are they to be avoided also. Or perhaps wome of you could share what you have sone. I know that this is as " experimental " time to see what your body responds to or rather what makes you gain. I'm a litle anxious about phase 3 to tell you the truth...I'm so used to the foods now.
