Don't be scared of TJ. It is like Seattle, except sunnier. What I

mean is that it is a big city, and like Seattle, LA, or any other big

city, it has places that you don't want to go. It also has lots of

nice places, and you'll be in those nice places, whether you go with

Kuri or another top TJ doc. They'll take good care of you and escort

you. Sure, we've all heard stories about TJ from our cousin who was

in the Navy or whatever...and, hell, I could tell some from the olden

days when I was in college and we went there. But those things have

nothing to do with the experience you'll have with Kuri or Ortiz in

TJ.

I almost went to Rumbaut in Monterey but decided not to due to the

much longer trip and higher travel cost. Am glad I had a relatively

short trip back (about like yours would be) instead of one more than

twice as long. Same for returns there.
